One team. One season. The full program.
Curriculum, coach training, and an impact report from your own data — for organizations that fit.
Applications reviewed within two business days.
An ERA Skills pilot gives one of your teams the complete program for one season: the character development curriculum, an ERA Skills team member training your coach in person or over Zoom, and 3–4 assessment cycles — ending with an impact report built from your organization's own data. Selected organizations run the pilot at no cost — including coach training.
What's included
The character development curriculum
The full ERA Skills curriculum: one skill at a time, coached inside the practices your team already runs.
A live coach training session with the ERA Skills team
In person in the Las Vegas area, over Zoom everywhere else — your coach learns the method before the season starts.
The full software for one team
Guided reflections, peer assessments, coach review, and skill scores across all 5 skills.
Parent consent and PIN onboarding, handled in-product
Consent is collected before any athlete participates, and each family gets a parent PIN that opens only their child's view.
An end-of-season impact report walkthrough
We build your report from your own club's data and walk you through it in 20 minutes.
Why pilots are limited
Every pilot includes real people-hours from our team — training your coach, supporting the season, building your report. That's why we take a limited number of pilot organizations each season and prioritize competitive youth sports organizations that match the program: structured seasons, consistent rosters, U13–U18.
"This program isn't for everybody… it takes specific individuals who are willing to take on certain roles within a team dynamic to improve for the better of others."
What we ask of you
A coach willing to attend one training session and spend ~10 minutes after 3–4 practices, a roster of consenting families (we handle the consent flow), and 20 minutes with you at the end to walk through your report.
What happens after
If the report is compelling, we'll talk about rolling out to more teams on an annual plan. If it isn't, you keep the report and we part friends. Requesting a pilot commits you to nothing.
