What do I get for free?
Your self-assessment, reflection and archetype are free. You can also invite people who know your work. Once 3 people have answered, your first hidden strength is free. Growth adds the full report, Interview Kit and growth plan; you don't need it to start.
Do I have to ask colleagues right away?
No. Start with your own view and meet your archetype first. When you're ready, invite managers, peers, mentors, clients or former colleagues who know your work. They answer through a private link without creating an account.
Who can see my results?
Only you see your results and ERA Score. Feedback scores are always pooled, and nothing is revealed until at least 3 people have answered. Results update in steps, never one person at a time. Written comments become themes drawn from 2 or more people, not individual quotes.
Is this a personality test?
It focuses on everyday behaviours at work, not a fixed personality label. Your archetype is a way to describe your strengths across five interpersonal skills. It's a starting point for reflection and growth, not a hiring decision or a diagnosis.
